Mission French Tech, a government agency serving French start-ups
Mission French Tech is the administration attached to the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty, responsible for supporting the development of French start-ups and federating the ecosystem, in France and internationally.

With over 25,000 start-ups, French Tech forms a dynamic ecosystem, supported by a wide network of players: investors, support structures (incubators, gas pedals), associations, major groups and public institutions.
Among its structuring programs, the “Je choisis la French Tech” initiative aims to encourage the use of French start-up technologies by both the private and public sectors. In 2025, it brings together over 600 signatory companies and more than 90 committed institutional players. A dozen major groups have already mobilized a billion euros between 2024 and 2026 to strengthen their collaborations with start-ups.
